On September 3, the AECM Department held its Freshman Student Orientation, led by Dr. Awsan Mohammed, the chair of AECM's Student Advising Committee, with strong participation from both faculty and students.

The session opened with a warm welcome from the Chairman, followed by Dr. Mansour AlHazmi’s introduction to the undergraduate program. After that, Dr. Awsan introduced advising resources to the students. Eng. Mohammed Qannan then highlighted the department’s facilities and resources, while several AECM faculty members shared insights and advice to support the new students. 

The event concluded with a presentation from the ARE students' club president, Abdulwahab Alsaleh, and an interactive Q&A, setting a positive tone for the semester and helping freshmen feel prepared for their academic journey.
